It all depends upon you for which post you want to apply. There are some posts which accept engineering degree as educational eligibility, some accept diploma courses and some posts for which educational criteria is 12th standard.

The Educational Qualification for RRB NTPC Exam depends on as per the post you are applying for. Along with the basic qualification of Graduation Degree from a recognized University, some posts of NTPC also require Typing Proficiency Skills.
