Yes, upon admission, graduates of non-Madhya Pradeshi universities are required to present a migration or transfer certificate to Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University. This is mandatory for enrollment in all the programmes at RMTU. Candidates must submit the certificate while filling the application form or when asked later on.

Candidates are selected for MA course at Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University on the basis of merit of graduation. However, if the candidate has completed graduation in any other field except BA/Diploma in Music/Fine Arts/Dance, they have to appear for Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University Entrance Examand acheive a valid score in it to take admission in the MA course.
