Score around 115 is better, but if your rank is around 2000 you can get the admission.

It doesn't depend on the place from where you come, it all depends on your rank. I think for 94 marks it's very difficult to get admission.

Its difficult to get in MS Ramaiah for that rank, if it comedk rank. But if it is KCET rank, you have to wait for all the counseling rounds.

A good percentage in your PUC and a good rank in KCET(less than 1000 I would prefer). Fees depend on which counseling you attend. If you come through KCE, the fee will be less than 60000/- , if you come through COMEDK, the fee will be more than 1.8 lakhs.

Admission is through COMEDK or KCET or management quota, but I don't think you can come through JEE Mains marks.
