The selection process of RBI Grade B comprises Phase 1 exam, Phase 2 exam, and Interview. The gross salary of RBI Grade B is INR 1,08,404 (Approximately). The basic salary of RBI Grade B is INR 55,200 per month. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Phase 2 exam and interview.
