The RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT), Kolkata, admission to the B.E. / B.Tech programs is primarily based on the results of the WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination). Applicants need to have completed their 10+2 with science (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from a recognised board to be eligible for the entrance exam.
The admission process includes several rounds of counseling, where candidates are allotted seats based on their WBJEE rank. Additionally, RCCIIT also accepts JEE Main scores for some programs, and they have a separate lateral entry option for those who have completed a Diploma in a relev

For getting admission for B.E. / B.Tech at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata must complete their 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination with minimum 45% aggregate.
The candidate must have a valid rank card of JEE MAINS or WBJEE .
This year the closing rank for CSE was around 35000 .

MCA | Candidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply: Module 4 Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics. They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level. Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education. |
