Applying to Red River College of Applied Arts, Science and Technology differs in a couple of significant ways from the rest of Canada:
Application Process: The RRC's application process is direct where candidates create an account to fill an application form, along with the application fee, whereas other universities have central applications.

As per some unofficial sources, the Red River College Polytech acceptance rate is 90%, which means out of every 100 applications, around 90 are selected, which makes it fairly easy to get selected into the university.

The university gives preference to students having higher grades or have exceptional academic or research experience. Hence, having higher grades increases your chance of getting selected at Red River College Polytech.

The Red River College Polytech is a Community College established in 1938, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Following are the scores required for the scholarships-

RRC Polytech Students' Association International Student Scholarship- The scholarships will be presented to the students who attain the highest GPA after their first term; applicants must have achieved a minimum 4.25 GPA after the first term. 

Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited Entrance Award- if he/she continues to demonstrate financial need, has maintained full-time enrolment, and achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 in the previous year. 

Brenda J. and Roger L. Kennedy Award-  Have achieved a minimum 2.5 GPA or 65% or C+ average.

Yes, an average Indian student can join Red River College of Applied Arts, Science & Technology. The general admission requirement for most programs is a Canadian grade 12 education, and additional levels of education or other criteria may also be required. If English is not the student's first language, they must meet the minimum scores of a language proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS Academic, or CanTest) or take the Intensive English for International Students programme if they haven't met the minimum scores of a language proficiency test.
