RPF SI cut off 2025 was released on March 3, 2025 by RRBs. The RPF SI cut off marks were released category-wise and region-wise. Candidates who secured equal to or more than the cut off marks have been selected for the PET/ PMT round of selection. Besides the RPF SI cut off marks, candidates are also required to secure the qualifying marks.

RPF SI exam is conducted by the Ministry of Railways to select eligible male and female candidates for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Level 6 of 7th CPC in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Forces (RPSF) in various zones of Indian Railways. The cut-off marks of the RPF SI exam will be released along with the scorecard separately for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and final selection.
