Every railway has different vacancies for different posts. So, while filling RRB NTPC post preference in the application form, candidates should first check the vacancies for that zone. If there are fewer vacancies in the home zone, candidates should look for the neighbouring zones with higher vacancies. Candidates will be given the post based on the preference they have filled in the RRB NTPC application form.
