Candidates wishing to get admission in BSc at RV University should have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised board. Eligible candidates have to apply online on the official website of college. Applicants are selected either on merit basis or based on CUET score.

RV University admissions are conducted in online mode. After the students are given admission to various UG and PG courses, they have to submit the documents for securing a seat in the university. Following are the documents that the students must submit for admissions:
- Class 10 & Class 12 marksheets
- PG degree certificate & marksheet
- Transfer & Migration Certificates (original)
- Entrance test scorecard - if applicable
- 2 recent coloured passport-size photos.
- All other documents as per MP Government's instructions (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card/ Identity Proof
- UG degree certificate & marksheet
