The reputation of Sapthagiri College of Engineering is mixed. Some of the students like it due to the qualified faculty members and supporting environment; others are worried about placements and infrastructure. Good extracurricular activities exist on campus, and a decent campus life; placements appear to be relatively low as compared to the top-tier institutes; an average salary package is seen at INR 3 LPA- INR 4 LPA. Overall, it would be an appropriate option for those seeking a local college in engineering, but those with their aim to get high placement will need to consider something else.
