One needs to take the JEE (Main) exam and either secure at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class XII or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class XII board examination. No, you can't take admission at SVNIT, based on GUJCET score. For undergraduate courses, SVNIT admissions are through JEE Main and JoSAA counseling.
Admission Criteria: An applicant with a full-time regular Undergraduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60 percent marks or 6.5 CGPA for General, Gen-EWS, and OBC-NCL category and 55 percent or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST category is eligible.

Admission to the B.Tech. programme at SVNIT, Surat, is based on performance in the JEE Main, followed by counselling through JoSAA. Students seeking admission to BSc courses at SVNIT Surat must have scored 75% in Class 12 and a valid JEE Main score. Further, the students would be required to appear for JoSAA counselling. It is a centralized counselling process for admissions to premier Indian institutions including all the NITs. During the JoSAA counselling the students would have to carry out various steps such as choice filling, choice locking, and partial fee payment (upon seat allocation).
