For the application in the SASMIRA's Institute of Design and Textiles, applicants need to submit their Class 10 and 12 marksheets, passing certificates, and a passport-size photo. To apply in SASMIRA's Institute of Design and Textiles, applicants need to go to the official website and download the application form. Once printed, the application form is to be filled with required information and the bank challan slip is to be attached as proof of payment of the fee. Candidates are, however, encouraged to apply early since seats are distributed on a consultation and merit list basis. The admission remains open till seats are filled. Yes, there is no entrance test for any of SASMIRA's courses such as BDes, Diploma, and Certificate programmes in their Institute of Design and Textiles. One gets some merit-based admission followed by offline consultation. The candidates should be able to fulfill the minimum requirement of the course one wants to pursue. There is final selection on the basis of merit list after consultation.
