Both ECE and EEE are highly demanded courses at Sastra University after CSE. Hence it depends on your interest to choose between the two. Sastra University has good infrastructure, faculty, training and placements for both of the branches.

Although chances of getting Computer Science Engineering is low, but it must be your first preference at the time of counselling. Your preference should be like computer science engineering, information technology, electronics engineering, electrical, civil, mechanical etc. In the first round, she will get information technology, then in second or third round, she might get computer science engineering, if she is lucky enough.
Best of luck.

If you try you can also get some other branch in NITs. But if you want to go with CSE you can continue with SASTRA.

Your combined score is not bad but it is difficult to get ECE since the competition is too high. Hence you can try for other branches and your best to get the branch you wish for at the counseling.
