Yes, not only SBI but every bank provides study loan at about 10% p. a interest.

If I have no bank account in SBI branch then wtt should I do. ? Is another method available for paying entrance exam fees?

Dear Komal,
You need to pay the entrance exam fees through challan or online mode. You can transfer the amount from any bank account you have irrespective of which bank. You can visit the nearest SBI Bank and deposit the amount scan the Challan and send it to the college. Or, tell me more about the

Yes, you can go for CFA. This is globally certified course offered by US. CFA basically means chartered financial analyst so this course is for finance field mainly. It will give further growth to your career.

Yes, it will assist you to crack PO exams, as the format to a large extent is same. You need to check on the format and try and cover up topics that are not part of the CAT curriculum.
