To apply to a university abroad with a scholarship, you need to apply to the university first, followed by choosing a specific scholarship that matches your course and condition (need, merit or academics). Once you decide on a scholarship, prepare your documents and application form, and submit them on time. Ideally, the application for the scholarship must begin at least 12-18 months before the course start date.
