Yes, Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering and Technology offers the given scholarships to students of the minority section:

Merit-cum-means Based Scholarship Scheme for Minority Communities (Sikh, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Parsi) Students of Punjab and other states:
Eligibility criteria: The annual income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of beneficiary should not exceed INR 2.50 Lacs from all sources.

Special scholarship scheme for students of Jammu & Kashmir.
Eligibility criteria: The annual income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of beneficiary should not exceed INR 6 Lacs from all sources.

The Vedam School of Technology scholarship is applicable to tution fees ( INR 18 Lakhs) only. The Hostel & mess fee are not included in Scholarship.
