No, they doesn't provide 100% scholarships but the offer some scholarships for the needy people.

Astonishingly enough, but looking through the prior scholarship applicants, it has apparently been recorded that their scripted way of expression in an essay has won Ecole polytechnique federale for Lausanne Excellence Fellowship.
