Can I edit my Oasis application after submitting it?
No. After the form is locked, it cannot be changed at all. Bank details also cannot be changed once they are verified and locked.

Yes. The Oasis registration form asks for the OTR number. You get it on the National Scholarship Portal after e-KYC and face authentication.
