RIE – Ajmer offers a variety of scholarships and prizes formulated by the NCERT to encourage both needy and meritorious students. Scholarships are offered on the basis of merit and the course opted by the student for such as:
- Zakir Hussain Prize for Toppers of MEd Programme
- Bhabha Prize for toppers of the BSc BEd Programme

The Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science are offered to students who are chosen by the institute's partner NGO named, Maatram Foundation & Agaram Foundation. The selected students along with their parents will be called for an interview where the capability of the student is discovered along with the support required. Based on these discussions, the scholarship for the chosen student is decided.

NSP Scholarship eligibility depends on the chosen scholarship policy. Here, students can find a generic scholarship eligibility criteria that is mentioned below:
- A student must be an Indian citizen.
- A person with a minimum of 40% disability and also having a disability certificate that is issued by the competent medical authority.
- Scholarship will be available for only one year. If a student has to repeat a particular class, they will not get the scholarship for a second (or subsequent) year.
