Yes, students pursuing a course from Central University of Odisha are open to scholarships. The scholarships and fellowships have been instituted as per the provision of the UGC, Central Government and the State Government. Freeships will also be provided to students based on their academic performance and/ or financial condition. 

Scholarships offered by Governors State University do not remain open all year, but are open in cycles. Foundation Scholarships have two cycles in a year, one in Spring and one in Fall. The applications for scholarships to be awarded in the Fall open in the Spring semester and vice versa.

The amount offered is INR 10,000 for physically disabled and INR 5,000 for SC/ST candidates. Additionally, female candidates are eligible for a scholarship of INR 10,000.
