If you passed your 12th exams with 95% or higher, you're in for a treat. They will consider your entrance test score too. But you have to keep your grades up, scoring A's in all subjects. If you don't, you will need to pay back the scholarship amount with your next semester's fees. For their International Finance program, it's all about your 12th standard % (best five subjects). And, if you are an EWS candidate with 80% or higher, you might just get lucky But, that's up to the academic board, and you will need to show proof of your greatness and financial situation and this scholarship can cover up to 30% of the total fee.

According to my research about 3 GPA is required in college semester.
Language proficiency test should be above 6 in IELTS and above 85 in TOEFL.
Applicants applying for a master’s degree programme must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
Age 28 years old or younger at the time of application for the Master’s degree program
If you are applying for a PhD Programme, must not be over the age of 30 years at the time of application.
Applicant must be able to prove his/her English language proficiency from IELTS or any other Language certificate such as English Proficiency Langauge Proof.

No, full scholarships are not offered by MIT School of Management. Candidates who meet certain requirements in terms of their academic performance are eligible for scholarships at the MIT School of Management.
