Above 80% or 8 CGPA. However most of the scholarships at MSU are not specific to grades only they have other criterions. So please check your scholarship on MSU’s scholarship finder or get in touch with the international admissions department regarding more knowledge and insights about the same.

There are many scholarships for International students at MSU which includes Indian students itself. The two most popular ones are;
1- International Maverick Scholarship.
To avail this scholarship an International student must:
- Maintain valid F-1 or J-1 immigration status
- Achieve a term GPA of 2.5 or a cumulative Minnesota State Mankato GPA of 3.0
- Successfully earn/complete a minimum of 12 credits each semester Complete 30 hours of volunteer service each academic year.
This scholarship is for all new under-grad students and the ones who maintain the aforesaid pointers from year 1 automatically get it renewed
