1. Exam Pathway :- Eligibility criteria: Minimum 50% marks in class 10th & class 12th and Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in class 10th & class 12th. For m.tech in petrolium engineering the eligibility criteria is b.tech/b.e degree with a first class or minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (55% marks or 5.5 CPI for SC/ST students) in any one of the following disciplines from any AICTE approved Institute, State/Central University or Institute created under an Act of Parliament: Petroleum Engineering. but for the admission in petroleum engineering(m.tech) you must have to go through GATE. mostly institute decide admission according to GATE score & also asked for the personal interview.

First of all, it is good to know that you are opting for B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering. Second, UPES is one of the best choices to get a degree in this outstanding engineering field. Now coming to your question, to take admission in UPES, you can appear for UPSEAT if you have secured minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (class 10th & class 12th) or minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th).
UPES also offers admission through Board Merit / JEE Mains Score. 20% of seats are available for those taking admission through their JEE score. There is a total of 60 seats in B. T
