Jindal School of Journalism and Communication offered only three major specialisations lasting for four years. LSAT and Media Studies, Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, and LSAT and New Media. The total intake of all the courses is 120. JSJC BA admission mainly has three rounds. First candidates are assessed based on personal statement, the application process, and finally a valid score in any national/ state-level entrance exam or Jindal Scholastic. Jindal School of Journalism and Communication (JSJC) BA fees is INR 16 lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there are other fee components such as a one-time admission fee of INR 50,000. The admission will be confirmed once you submit the required documents, which will be verified, and the payment of the full semester fees.

Jindal School of Journalism and Communication is more expensive than Chandigarh University.
The average fee for BA (Hons.) Journalism & Media Studies at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication is INR 3,50,000 per year while the fee for B.Sc (Microbiology) at Chandigarh University is INR 55,000 per year.

For admission to the BA programme at the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication, the following entrance exam scores are accepted:
JSAT (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test):A score of 55% or equivalent (SAT, ACT, LSAT-India) is required. The JSAT is an online entrance exam administered by OP Jindal Global University (JGU) for admission to its undergraduate programs.
SAT, ACT or LSAT-India: These standardized tests are also accepted for admission to the BA program.

The Jindal School of Journalism and Communication does not normally require the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) in order to admit students into its Bachelor of Arts (BA) program. Generally speaking, the LSAT is necessary for admission to US law schools. The American Bar Association (ABA) recently decided to eliminate the LSAT requirement for law schools; however, undergraduate programs are unaffected by this decision. Thus, the LSAT is not a mandatory requirement for a BA at the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication.
