No, as per the regulations of the Medical Council of India (MCI), admission to MBBS programme in India can only be granted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This applies to all candidates, regardless of their previous degrees or qualifications. Therefore, any college in India offering admission to MBBS without NEET would be in violation of the MCI regulations and the admissions would not be valid or recognised by the MCI.

IISER has released the IAT 2026 exam notification and dates for online registration. IISER 2026 entrance exam application form was released March 5, 2026, and the last date for doing the online registration is April 16, 2026.

While filling out the online application form for the IISER 2026 entrance exam, candidates may fill in incorrect details by mistake or for any other reason. IISER has provided an online application form correction window where all these mistakes can be rectified without losing the candidature.

As per the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Nursing of Sharda University, 10+2 with PCB with min. 50% aggregate marks and good knowledge of English is required. So Mathematics is not compulsory in SUAT for B.Sc. Nursing.

At the time of online application, a candidate will be shown 9 programmes across 7 IISERs or 7 programs across 7 IISERs if the candidate did not have Mathematics as a subject in class 12 or equivalent and is not eligible for BS Economic Sciences and BS Engineering Sciences. Given below is a list of documents/certificates whose scanned copies are to be uploaded at the time of online application for IAT. The formats of the certificates are given in the Annexure.

  1. Class 10 certificate
  2.  Class 12 (or equivalent examination). 
  3.  If the class 12 (or equivalent) marks sheet is not available now, then you can instead upload a signed declaration form mentioning: DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE IN LIEU OF ELIGIBILITY EXAM CERTIFICATE/ MARKSHEET SEE Annexure.

The category-wise IISER entrance exam application fee is given below.

  • INR 2,000 for candidates applying under General, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories.
  • INR 1,000 for candidates applying under persons with disabilities, persons registered as Kashmir migrants and SC, ST categories.
  • INR 12000 for foreign nationals.

Candidates must note that the application fee is non-refundable.
