Yes, it is possible for you to do a M.Sc. Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Psychology after a B.Sc. Computer Svience Bachelor's. N.I.T Hamirpur does not allow branch change after 1st year . The main reason of this strict rule is syllabus , basically syllabus of 1st year is designed considering use of subject for department . I.e If you are. Engineering physics and your branch is electronics your syllabus of physics would be electronics oriented .Also in N.I.T Hamirpur from very 1st year branch related subjects is included in syllabus. If you are in electronics you will have to go through with basic electronics which is generally taught in 2nd year in other colleges.

Yes, of course. Becoming a lecturer is a good career opportunity. Prepare CSIR NET Exam and make your dreams come true for a lectureship in Chemistry M.Sc. Is the minimum qualification. So, your wife is on the right way. She can start preparing for CSIR NET Exam, and SLET as well. These exams are the eligibility test for becoming a lecturer. Majorly her preparation for CSIR NET will cover all state-level lecturer exams. The earlier she begins, the better her practice will be.

1) Each and Every course has their special benifits, it only depends, what we want to become
2) if want to become scientist, do Science core courses.
3) do Diploma/B.Tech/MCA, to become engineer
I think, Engineering in software designing is the best you can do to have high chances of placement.
