Yes, You are eligible for joining B.Com even without having Maths as your subject. B.Com eligibility includes class 12th pass with a percentage of atleast 50% irrespective of the stream and board.

As per 2022 records the B.A. MS cutoff for general category is 50th percentile and for SC ST OBC is 40th percentile.

The cutoff for NEET 2021 was between rank 52420 and 354298. For your The cutoff was between 720-138 and for reserved it was between 137-108. I hope this helps.
