First of all, you have not mentioned the college name so it is very difficult for me to predict the exact fee structure.
However, the fee structure for Bachelor of Science in nursing courses at government and private colleges is between INR 2,000 PA to INR 2,00,000 PA.
The fee structure of private colleges is

2- for CMC Vellore: INR 31,740 PA
3- for SGPGI Lucknow: INR 68,800 PA
The fee structure of government colleges is
1- for AIIMS Delhi: INR 1,685 PA
2- for BHU: INR 2,381 PA
3- for PGIMER Chandigarh: INR 6,036 PA
