They are different courses offered by the way in BSc computer science it's around 30k.

Hello AYUSH. If you have missed the last date to fill out the form for the CUET exam, then you will not be able to apply to many Central Universities. But still there wi be universities like state universities that won't take admission through CUET. Try to find them through a bit of a little Google

To give the IIT JAM exam, 3 years gap will not any hurdle.
Yes, you or anyone can still give an exam with a gap after the bachelor's degree programme. But if you clear the TIFR exam then they might ask you for such a long period of gap after the Bachelor's degree programme, ( during the interview ).

Yes, you can give an exam but one must have studied the subject for 3 years in which he/she wants to give an exam.
