Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.Sc. In Computer Science course even after completion of 12th Class without Mathematics course. But remember, the basic eligibility criteria basically varies from institute to institute. Some of the colleges ask candidates to have "Mathematics" as a subject at their 12th Class level. I can suggest you LPU for quality education and this the Criteria for Eligibility (Qualifying Exam)

For M.Sc. Admissions, The applications are invited through countrywide advertisement in leading newspapers usually during September/October and March/April for the January and July session respectively. The entrance examination is held in December for the January session and in the June for July session. Selection of candidates is made on the basis of theory examination consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions. The duration of examination is one and half-hours.
