Food technology is a good course and out of these two, Ernakulam a more better option than Kottayam as Ernakulam provides more exposure and there is another option of TKM (Thangalkunju musaliar college) kollam is also a better option and Ernakulam is more of a city life and Kottayam you have to travel, so Ernakulam would be a better option.
