If you have not taken Maths in 12th, then will not be eligible for Engineering and Technology courses like B.E. / B.Tech. But can be eligible for Medical related courses through NEET if taken Physics Chemistry and Biology in 11&12th. The Non Math group have the following other options.
1. UCEED exam for Design related courses.
2. NIFT exam For Design related courses.
3. NID exam For Design related courses.
4. NCHM JEE For hotel management courses.
5. CLAT exam for 5 years integrated LL.B. Courses
6. IPMAT exam for 5 years integrated Management course.

Yes you can do B.Tech without M.Sc. For any engineering colleges in India you need to be 12th pass or have completed higher secondary education. It's definitely fine to do B.Tech as it's most demanding course and all time favourite of many.

Dear Student, You can apply to any central or state university or even reputed private institutes to apply for admission in B.Sc. Biotechnology, Microbiology and Chemistry as these courses are very common nowadays and offered by most institutes. You can even opt for CUET which is going to be started from this session as per NEP.
