Doing 12th with PCB in Hindi medium is not an issue. Like U. P. Board books are in Hindi medium. But you must have studied English as subject at 12th level. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Hons. The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Food Technology is B.Sc. Food Technology/ B.Sc. Food Science and Technology/ B.Sc. In Dairy Technology/ B.Tech Food Technology or any equivalent field like Life Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Home Science, etc. While The eligibility criteria of M.Tech Food Technology is B.E. Or B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology or Food Engineering or Dairy Technology or Agricultural and Food Engineering or Biotechnology) or M.Sc. (Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology or Foods and Nutrition) or equivalent. The admission in M.Tech courses generally based on performance in National level GATE exam. So from above both courses are not equal.
