You can go with B.Sc Engineering, and many other after class 12th, but these both UG courses are more beneficial for you. Thanks for asking a great question.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Environmental Science of IGNTU is given below. Eligibility criteria : A Bachelors degree with any one of Life Sciences as a subject at the graduate level from a recognised Indian or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list) having secured a minimum of 50% aggregate in case of General and OBC categories and 45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are eligible to apply. So from above, Graduates of Civil Engineering are not eligible for this course.
