B.Sc. (Hons. ). Food Technology is of duration : 3 years. (6 semesters) The eligibility is a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology or Food Processing as vocational subject) or equivalent. B.Tech Biotechnolgy is the most sort branch today along with computer Science because of the various studies in medicine and virus. Other will be entrance tst for the universities. Yes you can do a B.Sc. After based on your XIIth score. But I would suggest that you can also go for M.Tech and enter the field of specialised teaching by pursuing Ph.D. after your M.Tech. While doing M.Tech from good universities you will also get a stipend and then from there only you can go for a part time Ph.D. It would instantly make you a professor in a university. Rest it is your wish. You can check such schemes from the website of LPU, SRM etc. Ad check the academic excellence. This will give you the right growth in career. The syllabus of the entrance test with the paper pattern and the important dates are always published on the website from where you want to take your admission. As I know of LPU its web site clearly states the syllabus, paper pattern and the scholarships for which the candidate would be apllicable. So check a college giving you the best academics and log in to the web site to decide fast as online admissions have already started

These days the procedure of online admissions has started and the seats are filling up fast. The best for you would be to browse the web site of the college to check the admission dates. As I know of the website of LPU which clearly states not only the admission procedure but also the related scholarships which a candidate would be liable for.
