So you need to first decide you interest in a subject, what are you passionate about because you can give your best only if you are interested in it. The subject of your last qualification will decide which B.Sc. You want :
B.Sc (Agriculture)
B.Sc (Animation)
B.Sc. (Aquaculture)
B.Sc. (Aviation)
B.Sc. (Biochemistry)

Hi,
You are eligible for M.Sc as you are well-equipped with a B.Tech. I would suggest you move with an M.Tech after your B.Tech as that will give you better career in a more stream-lined manner. You can check for the benefits of M.Tech as well as M.Sc. from the portals of some good university websites like Anna which has exam based on TANCET and offers good education.
