First, check the complete syllabus and exam pattern. I would suggest you start your preparation with the most important topics. Refer to best books and study materials for your preparation. Solve previous year question papers and take online mock tests. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Yes, you can apply for M.Sc from JNU or any other universities in Delhi provided that you have a minimum of 50% score. But, JNU has not reputed college.

Previous year question papers for M.Sc. In agriculture in MCAER can be easily downloaded from various websites online or purchased online on Amazon/Flipkart etc. https://www.shiksha.com/science/mcaer-cet-exam-dates
