Yes you are eligible. But in my opinion it is not good because computer Science is different from maths. Both are different subjects. It's better you to study MCA or M.Tech computer Science. If you are much interested in M.Sc. Maths, you better to start preparation for PG entrance exams like PGCET. And for M.Tech you can write PGECET entrance exam for state wide colleges and universities. For IIT and NIT GATE.

You need to have a minimum grade point average or percentage in your undergraduate field of study, and you may also have to appear for an entrance exam to get admission into a college of your choice. Other than that I don't see any roadblocks. You should get in touch with the admissions department of the college for their eligibility criteria. Thank you.
