Hello,
It is very nice to know that you are interested in doing your career in small Science. If I may ask as to what is small Science? There are enough opportunities for career in Science. First, you need to lock on your preference and liking and then proceed to do graduation then PG and then doctorate in this subject. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
The minimum cut off is 65%. So, MS University. You should either take admission in private university or you should give improvement exam to raise your 12th percentage and then appear for admission in the MS university.

Hello,
As you are preparing for the air force best is to do B.Tech as it will give you the widest options in airforce. For B.Tech you have to give the JEE exam or other state engineering exams. You can also do engineering from a private university. Don't pursue B.A. As it limits your option to only CDS.
