Astrobilology can be related to Physics. Physics and relative physics is the mantra. However, you also need to be in constant touch with chemistry, astronomy, biology, molecular biology, ecology, planetary Science, geography, and geology. I suggest study physics in your B.Sc. After completing your B.Sc. You should join any reputed institute for higher studies in Astronomy and then you can specialize in Astrobilology. there are many colleges like PU, BHU, JNU LU, KU, MU, CU, central University etc. But mostly University take entrance exam for admission.

I would suggest you to choose B.A. As it is related to the SSC exam and you can also get good help from the course and are quite similar in some terms so if you want select B.A.

Yes you can choose any of these but remember there are no connection between them chemical engineering and B.Sc. Are totally different from MPSC exam so it's totally up to you what would you have to choose it depends on your interest but remember choose the subject which will suitable for you.
