It depends on what suits you the most. If you have interest in biotechnology then you can get good package in it also and same is true for MBA. If you don't have interest and just choosing it on the basis of others judgement, you might fail to get a good placement. No one knows better than you what is best for you. MBA needs communication skills, presentation skills, etc. MBA students get good placement but some people also don't get job. Even after biotechnology people get good job but majority of them don't get as high paid as MBA. It is not necessary to drop for CLAT. It is not a hard exam. Give this exam the last of 3 months for preparation and you will be through. At max, if you want you can take some crash course from a coaching centre which is also not necessary.

it depends upon what you want to choose both courses are good very interest lies but according to me B.Tech in food technology is better scope you have a good number of vacancy in government department colours am sorry but according to last cut off his selection chances are very less

Yes, according to the percentage, she will be able to get admission in food and technology. Most of the colleges need candidates with 60% aggregate and she has more than that so shall definitely get the admission.
