No, it won't affect at all because the basics that you will need will be taught in the 1st semester itself. Studying in PUC will give u an edge as u will have experience over the topics, but if you haven't studied CS or IP doesn't affect much as I had also experienced such situation during my B.Tech in CSE as I also had Bio in my PU exams. As per one report there is acute shortage of nurses with specialization in India and abroad also. I would definitely be advising you to go for one of the specialization that you have mentioned.
