Yes, in order to pursue career in physics, you have to pursue M.Sc from good university. You have to appear for entrance to entrance for M.Sc. And, IITS organize IIT JAM exam, you can appear start preparing from your B.Sc only. All the best.

Below are the good Colleges to pursue B.Tech Biotechnology.
-IITs - spl. Delhi & Kharagpur
-VIT, Vellore
-Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida
-Anna University, Chennai.
After B.Tech, you can opt for higher studies M.Tech/MS or PhD and go into research. Or you may also look for working at pharma companies.

Yes, it is a better option to opt for MBA from SamHigginbottom University of agriculture technology and sciences, Allahabad as this is one of the best college in it's region, and also this college has best faculty than any other college nearby.

Hi, BA in Economics is a 3- year long course, generally comprising qualitative and quantitative approaches to Social Sciences. The course essentially involves a study of the main aspects related to improving an organizations overall profitability through different approaches and techniques. 

B.Sc. Economics provides the knowledge exposure about micro and macroeconomics, which include economics at individual level for example determinants of demand and supply of consumers and economics at national level for example Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country. Thanks.

If you are expecting 90 above in all subjects except physics then also you would score a good percentage. Now about your career options you can go for B.Tech or B.Sc if asking about non- medical stream otherwise if asking about medical stream you can go for MBBS or B.Sc in any subject of medical stream.
