M.Tech courses in India is only available to those who had B.E /B.Tech. So, instead of thinking of M.Tech, you can proceed for some better courses which you can get easily with good GATE score.

You can give your CSIR NET exam in Mathematical Science. You can also apply for this exam even if you are in your final year of M.Sc. Before to apply, you have to check CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria.
