Choosing stream should be based on once strengths and interest, any forced suggestion from my end would not be beneficial for you in the long run and any course such as B.Sc,etc., would be best suited for you because you have a science background.

Placements: 80% students were placed in good private companies and some of the students are interested in doing Ph.D. There is a placement cell which is responsible for the placement. Teachers are also very co-operative.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of BHU is very good.
Faculty: The faculty members of BHU are very knowledgeable and have a good grasp over their respective subjects.

Yes, you can eligible to pursue M.Sc in Food & Nutrition as you have pursued chemistry honors.

Except for engineering, you still have a lot of choices due to the advantage of studying Science. You can do B.Com, BCA or B.Sc. It is quite popular after PU science, you can also go for BA, B.Pharm, etc.

Forensic science is a niche branch of science with very limited scope and career opportunities in comparison to engineering degrees.

Candidates who clear the IIT JAM 2019 cut-off will be granted admissions on the institutes of their choice through the counselling procedure of JAM 2019. There will be separate cut off marks in IIT JAM exam for General, OBC, and SC/ST candidates. The cut-off marks will be decided on the basis of the number of vacancies, the total number of aspirants appeared in the exam and previous year's cut-off marks. Based on JAM result, candidates will be admitted to institutes according to their preference in the admission form.

You will be eligible for NEST exam next year as appearing in high school or passed in high school candidates are eligible.
