Yes, there are plenty of Diploma courses once you complete your graduation, be it arts commerce or Science. Different Diploma courses are available for the asking. The numbers is so huge that it is almost impossible to list them in this answer. Yes, in India many universities conduct their own entrance exam for admission for M.Sc course such as Delhi University, Panjab University, JNU and many others.

B.Com programme where there is no such restriction. So, you can do B.Com pass from Ramjas College and other DU colleges also without maths, because Maths is necessary to do B.Com (Hons) in DU. You don't need to be worried about it. Nowadays, Maths subject is not compulsion for B.Com pass. The admission criteria is all depends on the DU cut-off lists and selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subject. ISI Qualification: The Educational Qualification of ISI Entrance test as Follows, STAT (HONS)/MATH (HONS): class 12th or equivalent exam with Mathematics and English subjects. M. STAT: 3 year Bachelor's degree/B.Tech/BE with statistics subject.
