You can apply for German universities, because most of the universities are government funding and education quality is very nice. You will have to pay very less fee.

Hello Nikhil,
No, Maths is not required for one to be eligible to apply for IPMAT. Infact, anyone from any field can apply in this exam. *However, it should be noted that the 'Quantitative section' consists of higher Maths in huge proportion. Hence, it is advised that one should prepare for this section very well, despite his stream. All the best.
