No, Maths is not required for one to be eligible to apply for IPMAT. Infact, anyone from any field can apply in this exam. *However, it should be noted that the 'Quantitative section' consists of higher Maths in huge proportion. Hence, it is advised that one should prepare for this section very well, despite his stream. All the best.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc B.Ed in the stream of Social studies, Maths, Actuarial Science, Statistics ,English/language etc.,
For BA B.Ed in the field of arts, Language, social studies you are eligible. You need to clear entrance exam for admission. All the best for your future.
