I don't think so that their is any age limit for Ph.D. You can do PhD at any age.

Hi,If you want to go in engineering, medical and other UPSC services than CBSE can be the best option, because through CBSE, you can scores much over a state board. However if you want to go in state services than state board can be the good option because syllabus of competitive exams are based on state board.

Hello,To study abroad you need to appear for English language proficiency test of IELTS or TOEFL. If opting to study in country like USA / Canada /Germany, you need to also appear for GRE exam. To get into Canada or Germany, you need to have an excellent academic aggregate with minimal backlogs. You can also for the options of Australia.
