If you have 15 years of education then you can complete one of Masters programme in India from a recognised university and then directly apply to the Canada University. As Canada universities accepts 16 years of education.

Indian national as well as foreign national are eligible for JAM. Candidates applying for JAM should have Bachelor's degree, as a qualifying examination degree. The qualifying examination must be passed with minimum 55% aggregate marks (in all subjects including Languages and Subsidiaries, all years combined) without rounding off. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are required to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off. Your profile is highly suitable for the Canada. But, universities in Canada accepts 16 years of education. Since you have completed B.Sc. It counts for 15 years of education. So, you can apply to the Canada colleges for 1 year programme and then apply for the Masters programme in the universities.
