Hello Pranav,Yes, Maths is compulsory. You should have Maths either as an additional subject (6th subject) or optional subject (5th subject) in class 12th, just to be eligible to apply for BBA and B.Com at NMIMS.

I think no. For applying Master's degree there is some eligibility criteria, if you didn't pass B.Sc, you can't do Masters anywhere.
